Are you passionate  about AI, technology, and helping business create exceptional customer experiences? The NiCE CX AI Solution Engineer - Academy is designed for recent graduates eager to launch their careers at the intersection of innovation and impact.   

As an Entry-Level Solution Engineer, you’ll join a hands-on learning program that prepares you to become a future Solution Engineer at NiCE. You will gain exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies, machine learning and contact center (CCaaS) solutions, while learning  how to connect technical capabilities  to meaningful business outcomes.  

Throughout the program, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and sales leaders , build technical and customer-facing skills, and make real contributions from day one.  Upon successful completion, you will transition into  a full-time CX AI Solution Engineer role, working with Account Executives and owning your own opportunities. 

How will you make an impact?  

  • Support the design, demonstration, and delivery of NiCE’s AI-driven customer experience solutions. 
  • Gather and translate customer requirements into creative solution concepts. 
  • Learn to design AI and CCaaS workflows using low-code/no-code tools and scripting environments.
  • Participate in proof-of-value (PoV) projects, request for proposals (RFPs), and pilot implementations with guidance.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that tell a compelling technical story to different audiences. 
  • Explore conversational AI, IVR, and virtual agent technologies while contributing to real projects.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Internship or academic project experience in AI, data science, or contact center technologies.
  • A strong desire to grow into a technical pre-sales or solution engineering  career path.
