Job Summary
The Associate Sourcing Recruiter supports the Talent Acquisition team by executing sourcing and research activities that help build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for open and future roles. This role partners closely with the recruiting team to identify talent, conduct market research, and support candidate outreach efforts aligned to defined hiring needs. This position is ideal for an early-career recruiting professional who is developing core sourcing skills and gaining exposure to modern sourcing tools, techniques, and talent markets. The role emphasizes execution, accuracy, responsiveness, and learning, with work performed under the guidance of more senior recruiting and sourcing team members.
* What you'll do
* Sourcing Execution & Candidate Identification
* Execute sourcing activities using defined sourcing plans and guidance
* Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and databases
* Review resumes against defined role requirements
* Support candidate outreach using approved messaging
* Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems Talent Research & Market Support
* Conduct talent research to identify target companies and skill profiles
* Assist with market mapping and pipeline development
* Prepare candidate research summaries and talent lists
* Track sourcing activity to support reporting and visibility Collaboration & Process Support
* Partner with Recruiters and Talent Sourcing team to align sourcing efforts Participate in intake and calibration discussions
* Follow established sourcing processes and governance standards
* Provide feedback to support continuous improvement
What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or equivalent experience preferred.
* 1- 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or TA support roles Experience using ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools including LinkedIn
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
* Clear written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications
* Exposure to corporate or agency recruiting environments
* Experience supporting multiple roles simultaneously
* Familiarity with diversity sourcing practices Pay range: $58,000 - $86,000 depending on experience and skill set. Annual bonus target of 7% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials.
