Lead design, development and execution of test automation frameworks and suites using Selenium and Java. Perform test execution analysis, reporting (Allure, HP ALM, Jira), and CI integration (Jenkins). Work with Appium/Perfecto for mobile automation, support POS, eCommerce and order management testing, and operate in Agile/DevOps environments. Provide technical leadership, planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Job Description:-
- At least 4 years of experience in test automation using Selenium
- At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
- Expertise in developing Automation framework
- Strong expertise in Java
- Knowledge Retail Domain is preferred.
- Experience in eCom, Order Management systems and POS automation is preferred.
- Ability to design and build automation framework
- Nice to have Mobile automation testing experience using selenium in conjunction with Perfecto
- Should have experience in usage of TestNG, Junkins, Allure, Appium
- Experience in test management and reporting tools like HP ALM and Jira
- Should have Strong leadership skills
- Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology. • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
