* Assist with outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other channels) and follow-ups under guidance from the sales team.
* Help prepare sales materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and proposal templates.
* Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market efforts.
* Track outreach and pipeline activity, helping maintain accurate reporting and insights.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns, messaging, and customer feedback.
* Join sales calls and internal meetings to learn discovery, objection handling, and deal processes.
## What We’re Looking For
* 0–5 years of experience (internships, part-time roles, or projects in sales/marketing/business development are welcome).
* Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, and go-to-market strategy.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging professionally with prospects.
* Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Analytical mindset and willingness to learn from data (conversion rates, pipeline stages, campaign performance).
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a distributed, international team.
* Basic proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office); familiarity with CRMs is a plus.
## Skills That Help You Succeed
* Sales: prospecting, qualification, outreach, and relationship-building fundamentals.
* Marketing: understanding of positioning, messaging, and campaign support for B2B audiences.
* B2B: ability to think in terms of buyer personas, decision-makers, and longer sales cycles.
## Location

## Why Join Pingoware?
* Hands-on exposure to real B2B sales and business development work in an international environment.
* Mentorship and feedback from experienced team members to accelerate your learning.
* Opportunities to build practical skills in prospecting, sales enablement, and market research.
* A supportive, inclusive culture that values initiative, collaboration, and growth.
