The Opportunity
As a Test Execution Leader within our Software and Product Innovation practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and developing software solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. You will focus on evaluating systems and software applications to identify defects, errors, or gaps in functionality, confirming they meet specified requirements and perform as expected. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.
In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to confirm collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Responsibilities
- Leading test execution efforts for banking platform transformation projects
- Developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies
- Managing and coordinating test case generation and execution to validate system functionality
- Utilizing automation testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy
- Overseeing defect management processes to identify and resolve system issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with project goals
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their testing skills and performance
- Analyzing test results to provide actionable insights for system improvements
- Confirming compliance with quality assurance best practices and standards
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders to address testing challenges and requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
