Drive Results. Lead a Winning Team. Make Your Mark. Kunes Auto Group is looking for a sharp, organized, and energetic BDC (Business Development Center) Manager to lead our Sycamore Hyundai dealership BDC team.

You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and equity mining efforts—all while creating a positive, productive, and professional work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that directly impacts store performance and customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop the BDC team—hiring, coaching, and motivating reps
  • Handle all incoming sales and service calls (when applicable)
  • Monitor call recordings and coach for quality and effectiveness
  • Manage internet leads and dealership CRM manifest follow-up
  • Make outbound prospecting and appointment reminder calls
  • Oversee no-show follow-ups, CSI calls, and service drive opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and GMs on showroom traffic and strategy
  • Review and approve bonus/commission numbers for reps

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • 3+ Auto Sales Management Required
  • Prior experience in BDC Management is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, lead management systems, and dealership tools
