What We’re Looking For:
The BDC Representative role is instrumental to our store’s day-to-day operations, responsible for top notch customer experience and product knowledge. We want a candidate that is an expert in customer service and willing to learn and be coached! This will be a hands-on position and candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the department including handling Internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.

Responsibilities:
- Provide top notch customer service tracked by manufacturer CSI
- Complete manufacturer training to stay certified
- Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by monitoring a CRM system
- Establish lead follow up processes
- Ensure daily CRM tasks are complete
- Manage and complete follow up for customer manifest lists
Qualifications:
- Must be open to learning and being coached
- High ethical standards and strong attention to details
- Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills
- Computer proficient and good work ethic
- Must be good on the phone and willing to make a lot of calls
- Able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills
- Most importantly must be a team player with a good attitude and cant be afraid to smile!
- Valid driver’s license
