Advantage Dealer Group is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in driving sales opportunities by connecting with customers, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries
  • Engage prospective customers and answer questions regarding vehicle availability and features
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers
  • Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM
  • Support dealership marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through appointment arrival

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive, BDC, call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers
  • Proficient with computers and CRM systems
