We are looking for a Billing Specialist to support accurate and timely billing processes across the organization. You will review invoices and billing information, maintain records, resolve discrepancies, and work with internal teams to keep billing activities running smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Prepare, review, and process invoices

  • Verify billing information for accuracy and completeness

  • Update billing records and account information

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies

  • Respond to basic billing questions and requests

  • Maintain organized billing documentation and records

  • Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous billing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or administrative experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial information

  • Good organization and time-management skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with billing or accounting software

  • Accounts payable or accounts receivable experience

  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare

COMPENSATION

$20–$27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
