About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused BizOps Lead/Founder's Office/ Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and executive team to help scale our operations, drive critical initiatives, and ensure alignment across functions. This is a high-impact role at the center of company decision-making, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

You will act as a force multiplier for leadership—driving clarity, efficiency, and execution across the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, helping prioritize and manage strategic initiatives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional programs, monitor OKRs, and ensure follow-through on company priorities.

  • Act as a proxy in meetings when necessary, ensuring alignment and effective communication across the org.

  • Prepare board decks, investor updates, and strategic planning documents.

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in operations, product, GTM, and other critical functions.

  • Lead special projects and initiatives that don’t clearly fall under a single department.

  • Support internal communications and help shape company culture as we scale.

What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or fast-growth tech companies.

  • Experience supporting C-level executives or operating in a Chief of Staff, BizOps, or Strategy role.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal - with executive presence.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in venture-backed startups, particularly in tech, SaaS, AI/ML, or fintech.

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Airtable, Asana, Google Workspace, and financial modeling software.
