The Blue Yonder Systems Director will be focused on working collaboratively with Implementation, Solutions and Integration teams to support the organization’s growth initiatives. You will support our vision of evolving our quality, scalability and performance through our technology offerings for our Managed Transportation clients.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to achieve project goals and initiatives
- Business liaison between Echo, Blue Yonder Support Teams and Echo IT
- Fully understand Echo’s business process, Managed Transportation offerings and goals
- Support Echo’s integration team on Blue Yonder functionality buildout
- Document current and future state business and system processes for system products
- Create and maintain detailed product requirement documents
- Configure and maintain Blue Yonder TMS Small Parcel capabilities
- Facilitate sessions with Echo leadership, subject matter experts and end users to understand business problems and define requirements
- Oversight and management of all master data elements in Blue Yonder TMS & FOM
- Help Echo’s support team troubleshoot production issues and escalate issues to appropriate team(s) (internal and external)
- Create centralized Blue Yonder Financial operations processes and team to streamline FBPA process for all Blue Yonder accounts and manage/monitor SOP
- Work with Echo Integrations and MT Operations teams to develop EDI monitoring procedures. Including, train and develop team members on integration monitoring as relates to Blue Yonder systems
- Assist Echo Implementation team with client onboardings including system configurations and TMS best practices
- Participate in new client onboarding calls and/or strategy sessions (internal/external)
- Partner with Implementation and Integration teams to understand roadmaps and define scope and prioritization based on customer value, business goals and technical feasibility
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to Implementation team during client onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with key business partners
- Understand and evolve knowledge of Echo’s internal proprietary technology
- Maintain expert knowledge on TMS offerings, industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal TMS utilization
Qualifications:
- 5+ years Logistics, Supply Chain or Transportation industry experience
- BA/BS degree
- Experience and expertise knowledge in TMS functionality, application and configuration
- Basic knowledge in HTTP requests (Get, Post, Delete, etc.) and API functionality
- Ability to cultivate strong cross-departmental relationships
- Strong communication, facilitation and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, fluid work environment
- Analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply technology and system knowledge to identify appropriate solutions

Compensation
$112,350.00-165,050.00 per year
This role is eligible for a bonus that is based on a combination of personal and business performance.
