Job Description
The PAM Firm is currently seeking a part-time Bookkeeper Intern for a 3-month internship that will provide academic credits and/or a stipend after completion.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Skilled Bookkeeper to work closely with managing owner
- Primarily tasks will include maintenance of company files, processing transactions, preparing invoices for billing, making General Ledger entries, participating in month-end and annual close
- The Bookkeeper will record financial data into general ledgers which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement
- Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Should have knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP), proficiency in Excel, and experience working with Microsoft
- You should also possess excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- We will train be open to learning new systems
