Job Description:

Role Purpose

The BU SIOP Leader is the owner of the business operating system, responsible for transforming and governing the end-to-end SIOP process across BU FLOW. This role integrates demand, engineering, operations, and finance into one single plan and ensures execution excellence as a competitive advantage. The objective is not to run a planning process — but to run the business through SIOP.


Scope, Scale & Complexity of the Role

Business Scale:

• $1.0B+ revenue scope across BU FLOW

• Majority of value in CTO and ETO models


Operational Footprint:

• Global multi-site network across Americas, EMEA, APAC

• Mix of STD, CTO, ETO sites and service centers

• Several high-complexity, mixed-model sites


Complexity Drivers:

• Multi-model supply chain (STD, CTO, ETO)

• Engineering as a core constraint

• Shared resources across product categories

• Mixed-site structural complexity


Strategic Context:

• BU FLOW is primarily a CTO/ETO-driven business

• SIOP is the governing system enabling execution excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the federated SIOP model across categories

• Lead Executive SIOP and enable BU-level decisions

• Integrate demand, supply, engineering, and financial planning

• Ensure model-specific planning logic (STD, CTO, EPC, EAT)

• Own financial integration (AOP, X+Y, gap analysis)

• Lead SIOP transformation and maturity roadmap

• Drive cross-category alignment and resource arbitration

Organization & Interfaces

• Reports to Group ISC Leader

• Works with GMs, Operations, Engineering, Finance

• Leads Category SIOP Leads within a federated model

Key Performance Indicators

• X+Y forecast accuracy

• Revenue & margin delivery vs plan

• Inventory & working capital performance

• SIOP maturity and decision speed

• Model-specific KPIs


Profile & Experience

• 8–12+ years in Supply Chain / SIOP / Operations

• Experience in CTO/ETO environment preferred

• Strong cross-functional leadership and transformation experience

• Strong financial acumen

• Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels

Role Positioning

This is not a planning role.

This role is a business leadership position that owns the execution system of the BU. 30% travel required.
