Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with (2-4) of experience to support business operations, requirements gathering, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, along with the flexibility to relocate anywhere in the U.S. Entry-level candidates who meet the criteria are strongly encouraged to apply.


Location: Open to Relocation (Anywhere in the United States)
Eligibility: Only U.S. Citizens
Experience Required: 2-4 years
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen/GC /H4EAD (No sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements

  • Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making

  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve business processes

  • Support project teams in Agile ceremonies and documentation

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and workflow diagrams

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and team initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies

  • Experience in requirements gathering and documentation

  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum concepts

  • Ability to create process flows, user stories, and basic reports

  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
