TransUnion Consumer Interactive (TUCI) requires a Business Analyst in Project Management to support the Project Manager in delivering projects to achieve business’ objectives primarily in Hong Kong and can be extended to other markets in Asia-Pacific. The potential candidate will play a key role in the end-to-end business requirement gathering process, solution development and change management process.
The Business Analyst will need to demonstrate analytical and organizational skills, and work collaboratively in the Scrum Team (under Agile methodology) to delight customers with TUCI’s products and solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Communication or a related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management or Project Management; experience working under Agile methodology in a digital platform environment is an advantage
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of digital platforms (e.g. mobile app, website)
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Expertise on GA360 and other tracking tools: validate TSGs, confirm accurate tag implementation, generate and automate reports, build dashboards, deliverable actionable insights
- Expertise to build dashboards on Power BI / Looker Studio to enhance business result
- Able to use AI tools to streamline the working process and bring new ideas to the products
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working and Agile tools such as Jira is preferred
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, positive and a strong team player, able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Impact You'll Make:
- Works with product managers to prepare project business cases
- Gathers and analyzes requirements from various stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Services & Operations, external partners, service providers), documents and maintains them in the form of user stories
- Facilitates backlog refinement, user story grooming and solution discussions with the Scrum Team, with a strong understanding of business needs, operational workflows and system design
- Assists product managers in preparing UAT test plans and executing test cases to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements
- Supports change management by identifying impacts on processes and systems, and preparing related documentation (e.g. product demos, user training materials, product manuals, FAQs)
- Monitors the performance of implemented products closely and provide insights and recommendations
- Proactively collects feedback and data, and provides recommendations for continuous improvement
- Conducts product research and data analysis to support informed business decision-making
- Acts as a coordination point between business and delivery teams to support alignment on timelines and dependencies
