Develops and maintains performance measurement processes, including database development, benchmarking, KPI development, systems documentation, and reporting/dashboard deployment.
Interacts frequently with leadership and quality personnel to facilitate discussions of existing data products and assess unmet analytic needs and potential enhancements.
Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement and provides meaningful data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
Aids in the development of key performance indicators through gathering requirements, defining specifications, and establishing goals or benchmarks.
Manages complex datasets by identifying, aggregating, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources in preparation for reporting use.
Uses analytical techniques to design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that provide insight to the organization.
Conducts financial and/or operational analyses and interprets results to support business stakeholders in making strategic decisions.
Collaborates with other analytic staff to develop and improve analytic products.
Conducts data mining and extraction from databases and tables.
Provides consultation in the areas of redesign and evaluating clinical processes, identifying and acting upon opportunities for improvement.
Prepares effective presentations and articulately communicates findings and results to stakeholders.
Monitors and audits results, providing recommendations on best practices to improve reporting.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Familiarity of desktop applications, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) [Required]
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a variety of audiences throughout the organization [Required]
Ability to effectively summarize data, present insights and facilitate discussion of results [Required]
Initiative to work independently (self-direction) and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for maximum efficiency and effectiveness [Required]
Attention to detail that ensures follow-through on all assigned projects [Required]
Familiar with data mining/extraction tools [Required]
Knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods [Preferred]
Education:
Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Information Systems, or Mathematics
Work Experience:
1+ in a healthcare organization [Preferred]
1+ in a related analytic position [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$54,680.66 - $101,717.57Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
