ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support product teams and business stakeholders by helping gather, analyze, and document business requirements. You will gain hands-on experience identifying business needs, improving processes, and contributing to technology solutions that deliver value to the organization. 

 

This internship is ideal for students interested in business analysis, product development, and technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct research and analysis, and learn how business requirements are transformed into successful solutions. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Analyze business processes: Assist in reviewing workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement. 

  • Gather requirements: Help collect, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. 

  • Research industry trends: Conduct research on market conditions, competitors, and emerging trends. 

  • Support agile teams: Assist with agile ceremonies and document sprint objectives and outcomes. 

  • Collaborate across teams: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business issues. 

  • Drive process improvement: Support the identification and implementation of process improvements. 

  • Create presentations and reports: Contribute to stakeholder communications and reporting. 

  • Perform data analysis: Analyze information and provide insights that support decision making. 

  • Validate solutions: Assist with testing and validation of business solutions. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CIS, CSE, MIS, or a related field 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

  • Basic understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies 

  • Familiarity with Jira, Visio, draw.io, or similar tools is a plus 

  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, creativity, and time management 

  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude 

  • Ability to thrive in a driven, passionate, creative, and collaborative environment

Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position.

Salary Range:

$31,200.00 - $62,400.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
