Business Operations – Business Analyst IV
itD is seeking a Business Analyst IV to lead and maintain global financial credit operations by ensuring operational continuity, strengthening risk controls, and supporting AI-driven process transformation across enterprise finance functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial credit operations, credit risk management, and global process ownership, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional business process improvements.

Pay Rate: Depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day ownership of global end-to-end credit processes, including credit onboarding, credit application reviews, credit limit management, and account maintenance.
- Ensure credit operations remain effective, compliant, and aligned with global best practices while minimizing financial risk and supporting revenue growth.
- Support ongoing AI and automation initiatives by collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to enhance AI-driven financial workflows.
- Monitor AI-enabled operational processes, validate process performance, and ensure compliance controls remain embedded within automated workflows.
- Partner with Global Risk, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to maintain strong financial controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.
- Manage relationships with global BPO partners and oversee operational performance, process reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze operational metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations that improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.
Internal Responsibilities
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in financial credit, credit risk management, collections, or revenue operations.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end credit management processes, including credit assessment, credit limits, portfolio management, collections, and dispute resolution.
- Experience supporting AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions within finance or operations.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, SOX compliance, audit requirements, and enterprise risk management.
- Experience collaborating across Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and cross-functional business teams.
- Experience managing or partnering with outsourced/BPO operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive operational decisions and process performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience within technology, advertising, or other high-growth organizations.
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation in financial operations.
- Knowledge of credit scoring models, predictive analytics, or financial risk modeling.
- Experience supporting global billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and multi-region financial operations.
- Experience with process mining, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or intelligent automation platforms.
- Professional certifications such as CICM, FCI, FRM, or PRM.
- Previous experience in interim or contingent workforce assignments.
- Experience working within Shared Services or Global Business Services organizations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
