About the Business Analyst Program

Egon Zehnder’s Analyst Program was created for recent college graduates and early career professionals who are looking to join a global organization in a research and project management focused role. Analysts will participate in an intensive onboarding curriculum and a robust training and development program that is designed to build skills in the talent and executive search research process. Through this program, Egon Zehnder offers analysts a unique opportunity to work directly on client assignments and interact with a diverse group of consultants and researchers across the firm globally. The analyst team will operate in stimulating, collaborative, and entrepreneurial professional environments while receiving 1:1 customized mentorship from colleagues across the firm.  During their time in the program, analysts will develop as best-in-class researchers and gain exposure to various industries, working styles, and functions. Successful analysts will move into the Senior Business Analyst role after their qualifying performance review and continue to develop their depth of industry and executive search expertise.

The Business Analyst program will begin early August 2026. Final dates will be shared with selected candidates once 2026 academic calendars are released.
