Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic alliance initiatives by gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving system improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and provide project updates to leadership.

Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Perform systems analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Security, Compliance, and IT.
Create and maintain project documentation and status reports.
Present project updates and recommendations to leadership.
Identify process improvements and support systems integration initiatives.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong experience with business/technical requirements gathering.
Expertise in systems analysis, process documentation, and gap analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience presenting to leadership.

Preferred Skills
SQL and database management
Business Objects
ITIL Foundations
Airline or Banking industry experience
