What you'll do

深入理解业务逻辑与痛点，独立发起并主导专项深度分析。 通过探索性数据分析，对短期异常进行精准归因，对长期趋势进行深度解读；

敏锐洞察业务问题与增长机会，运用定性与定量分析方法，输出可落地的见解与建议。

整合市场调研、行业动态与内部数据，系统性定位业务核心痛点，并输出具有前瞻性的机会策略与解决方案。

搭建可支持业务的数据库，持续推动业务数字化进程，确保数据维度清洗准确、齐全、可供业务高效可用。

积极推动并主导跨部门深度协作，通过高效沟通与影响力，确保数据分析结论有效转化为业务行动，并推动策略的持续优化与闭环落地

• Closely aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, deliver in-depth business analytics support and drive the achievement of key business goals through data-driven insights.
• Deeply understand business logic and pain points, independently initiate and lead specialized in-depth analyses. Conduct exploratory data analysis to accurately attribute short-term anomalies and interpret long-term trends; keenly identify business issues and growth opportunities, employing qualitative and quantitative methods to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Integrate market research, industry trends, and internal data to systematically identify core business challenges, and develop forward-looking strategic opportunities and solutions.
• Build business-supportive databases and continuously advance the digitalization of operations, ensuring data dimensions are cleansed accurately, comprehensively, and remain highly accessible for business use.
• Proactively promote and lead cross-functional collaboration, leveraging strong communication and influence to translate analytical conclusions into tangible business actions, while driving continuous strategy optimization and closed-loop implementation.

Qualifications

重点院校本科及以上学历或知名互联网/科技企业背景，2年以上商业分析经验。

稳定性强，既往有多个成熟项目落地经验，有0-1项目推动经验加分。

精通SQL、Excel及主流BI工具；熟练掌握Python/R用于数据分析与建模；能独立完成高质量、具有说服力的商业分析报告/洞察PPT，并有效驱动业务决策。

具备优秀的商业思维、业务敏感度和好奇心，善于从全局和业务本质出发思考问题。

具备优秀的数据可视化、总结归纳及向上/跨部门汇报能力，能清晰阐述复杂分析逻辑与商业价值。

具备独立多渠道（内外部）获取、整合、验证数据的能力，不单纯依赖现有数据平台。

具备优秀的项目推动力、跨团队协作能力和影响力，能独立推动分析结论与策略在业务端有效落地执行。

• Bachelor's degree or above from a renowned institution or background in renowned internet/technology companies, with at least 2 years of commercial/business analysis experience.
• Strong job stability with proven experience in delivering multiple mature projects; experience in driving projects from 0 to 1 is preferred.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and mainstream BI tools; skilled in using Python/R for data analysis and modeling; capable of independently producing high-quality and compelling business analysis reports/insight decks, and effectively driving business decisions.
• Excellent business acumen, strong business sensitivity, and intellectual curiosity; adept at thinking from both a holistic perspective and the essence of the business.
• Outstanding data visualization, summarization, and presentation skills for both upward and cross-functional communication; able to clearly articulate complex analytical logic and business value.
• Ability to independently acquire, integrate, and validate data from multiple channels (internal and external), without solely relying on existing data platforms.
• Strong project drive, cross-team collaboration, and influencing skills; able to independently promote the effective implementation of analytical insights and strategies within the business.
