Job Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for IQVIA’s Email Product channel. You’ll collaborate with product owners, managers, and development squads to translate business needs into actionable requirements, ensuring seamless integrations and robust documentation. This role combines business process expertise with technical aptitude, enabling you to analyze impacts, troubleshoot issues, and create reference materials that empower teams. In this role, you’ll work on cutting-edge digital healthcare solutions in a collaborative, innovative environment, gain exposure to diverse technologies, and enjoy flexible remote work with occasional travel. Key Responsibilities
- Support product vision, roadmap, and growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, interfaces, and processes.
- Assist operational support teams with release readiness support, and workflow or processing health assessments
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess impacts of system changes and integrations.
- Support product roadmap features by contributing to detailed requirements gathering, user story, and acceptance criteria development.
- Act as a product expert for users, and technical teams providing impact analysis and support to use case creative solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate product progress, recommending improvements.
- Mitigate impediments to ensure successful completion of Release/Sprint goals, and other product initiatives.
- Serve as customer proxy for development and business partner teams and assisting with stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and business process flows.
- Ability to read and interpret code for impact assessments.
- Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication skills for working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing operations and healthcare provider data.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools.
- Knowledge of data governance and data management practices.
- Exposure to Python.
- Understanding of PII compliance and confidentiality standards.
- Certifications such as Scrum, ITIL, or Six Sigma.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $67,600.00 - $169,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
