Responsibilities:

  • Lead forward‑thinking demand‑generation strategies to accelerate growth within the data center vertical and position Thermosystems for long-term success.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted consultant to increase brand consideration, influence specifications, and drive adoption of Thermosystems technologies and solutions.
  • Develop strategic acquisition and account plans, including identification of key stakeholders, articulation of tailored value propositions, and creation of targeted network‑expansion strategies. Define opportunity pursuit plans that address qualification criteria, competitive assessments, and differentiation tactics.
  • Establish and maintain C‑suite relationships across 10+ priority end users, becoming their go-to strategic partner
  • Actively engage in tradeshows, industry associations, trainings, and related events, representing Thermosystems as a subject matter expert and enhancing brand awareness among key influencers.
  • Deliver real‑time insights on market dynamics, including competitor strategies, customer behaviors, and emerging trends, to inform business decisions and strategic direction.
  • Set and uphold high performance standards, demonstrating strong individual accountability while partnering effectively across Thermosystems business entities to support integrated efforts within the Data Center vertical.
  • All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 to15 years in the data Center market is preferred.
  • Must have worked at least 5 years in the HVAC market
  • Proven results developing business within an organization
  • Previous experience working within Microsoft 365.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 in Illinois. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for a sales incentive plan
