As our Business Development Manager, you will…

You’ll be at the heart of our agency’s growth engine—an expert navigator of both internal processes and external opportunities. You’ll streamline sales operations, refine workflows, partner with dynamic teams to develop compelling proposals and unlock insights from sales data to drive smarter, faster decisions. From forecasting and budgeting to implementing tools that elevate team performance, your contributions will shape our strategic trajectory and amplify our impact.

Be Accountable and Responsible for

  • Manage or co-manage projects (Pre-sale presentations, Proposals, and Pitch responses) in accordance with agency procedures
  • Manage internal and external resources needed for all new business efforts, e.g. designers, researchers, subject matter experts
  • Leverage existing systems, enhancing where possible, the organization and cataloging of digital sales resources, e.g. case studies, pitch work, to ensure business development team efficiency and scale 
  • Work with the New Business team to uncover and shape strategies and help evaluate their impact on agency objectives
  • Seek and consider multiple opinions and outcomes when making decisions. Then, quickly and proactively identify recommended solutions
  • Hone your vision for how to get things done, encourage and empower other people, and proactively guide them to desired outcome
  • Manages metrics including sales cycle duration, conversion rates, and process efficiency
  • Focuses on optimizing current sales processes for immediate and ongoing efficiency

These are the qualifications we're looking for 

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Technology, or Digital Marketing
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Digital Marketing Agency experience is highly preferred - Well-versed in agency industry and operations
  • Researcher/collaborator/resourceful entrepreneur mindset
  • Attention to detail for all communications, internally and externally
  • Solid business writing skills
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation Tools to improve sales reporting, forecasting and outreach efficiency

The salary range for this role is $65,300-$79,000, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
