Role Overview:

Coinflow is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the development of strategic partnerships that drive sales conversations and revenue growth. This individual will play a key role in identifying, securing, and managing partnerships aligning with Coinflow’s business objectives while leading deals from initiation to closing. This role will be base + variable with commissions tied to new, closed opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle sales by cultivating and leveraging strategic partnerships across fintech companies, traditional banks, and crypto institutions, from initial prospecting to deal closure

  • Generate new revenue opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across all three ecosystems - fintech, banking, and crypto

  • Develop and execute partner-enabled sales strategies that bridge traditional finance and web3, creating innovative payment solutions and mutual growth opportunities

  • Own the entire sales process through multi-ecosystem partnerships, including pipeline development, deal structuring, and revenue optimization across fintech, banking, and crypto channels

  • Track industry trends and competitor movements to identify new partnership and sales opportunities within fintech, banking, and crypto sectors

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to accelerate deal closure and revenue growth

  • Create and maintain scalable processes to effectively manage multiple partnership channels and sales pipelines

Required Qualifications:

- Strong enthusiasm for and understanding of the payments space, particularly card processing.

- 3+ years of experience in sales and partnership roles.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain commercial relationships.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Demonstrated success in customer sales and prospecting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Established professional network within the crypto industry.

- Previous experience in business development or a startup sales role.

The base salary range for this role is $170,000 to $280,000 USD. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning this range includes our uncapped commission structure and annual base salary for the role. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, qualifications and business needs.


In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible for an equity grant, allowing you to share in the long-term success of the company. You will also have access to a wide array of benefits, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) savings plan, and flexible time off.
