This is a remote position.

We’re seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across multiple ventures in real estate, SaaS, and outsourcing. You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle—from identifying and qualifying prospects to negotiating and closing deals—while building lasting partnerships that generate long-term value.

This isn’t just an “order-taker” role. You’ll be shaping our go-to-market strategy, representing the CEO in key negotiations, and working across brands to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Source, qualify, and nurture high-value B2B leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and strategic networking.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in real estate brokerages, SaaS buyers, and outsourcing clients.

Sales Execution

  • Conduct consultative discovery calls, product demos, and solution-driven presentations.

  • Develop tailored proposals and manage the full negotiation process through to close.

  • Drive upsells, cross-sells, and multi-brand partnerships to maximize lifetime client value.

CEO-Level Representation

  • Represent the CEO in high-stakes meetings and presentations.

  • Manage relationships with top-tier accounts, ensuring a seamless handoff to internal teams.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align messaging and optimize conversion rates.

  • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline and deliver weekly performance reports to the CEO.

Revenue Ownership

  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, marketing, outsourcing, or real estate services.

  • Candidates with experience in outsourcing or agency settings will be highly prioritized.

  • Hunter Mentality: Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment; comfortable driving outbound strategies and closing deals independently.

  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a talent for building trust quickly.

  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable using CRM platforms—GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred.

  • Strategic Thinker: Able to identify revenue opportunities across multiple brands and client verticals.

  • Background Bonus: Experience selling into real estate brokerages, SaaS, or agency services.

Benefits

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Base Salary: Commensurate with experience.

  • Commission Structure: Uncapped, performance-driven.

  • Growth Path: Opportunity to evolve into a Director of Sales role and lead a team as we scale.
