The Opportunity

This role is designed as a promotion path into an Account Executive position. You'll work alongside our sales executives, learning healthcare sales while building your own pipeline and developing the skills needed to close complex opportunities. High performers who consistently demonstrate ownership, execution, coachability, and strong sales results will have the opportunity to advance.

What You'll Do
  • Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, research, conferences, and strategic outreach.
  • Make 75+ outbound calls per week while executing thoughtful multi-channel prospecting campaigns.
  • Engage clinical users and gather discovery information to qualify opportunities.
  • Partner with sales team to develop account strategy and mutual decision plans.
  • Prepare thoroughly for customer meetings and proactively drive next steps after every interaction.
  • Build credibility with physicians, genetic counselors, breast centers, oncology programs, and healthcare leaders.
  • Support sales executives in preparing for meetings with leadership decision makers and getting clinical user support beforehand
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently manage your territory and priorities.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning new software and conducting software demonstrations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Interest in healthcare, oncology, genetics, women's health, breast imaging, or population health is preferred.
  • Ability to problem solve and find new ways to create value
  • Coachable with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
