We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to help drive Hypernative’s next phase of growth. This role sits at the very top of the revenue engine and plays a direct, measurable part in shaping how the company scales across protocols, exchanges, foundations, and Web3 infrastructure providers.

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll open doors with some of the most important organizations in crypto, engage senior decision-makers, and build a high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives, directly shaping the trajectory of the business, all while walking a clear path of progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, Telegram, cold calling, events, and community engagement)
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively
  • Research and map target accounts across the Web3 ecosystem
  • Craft relevant messaging that resonates with technical and executive buyers
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies
  • Maintain clean CRM data and activity tracking
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics
  • Stay informed on blockchain security trends, exploits, and industry developments
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of BDR/SDR or outbound sales experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or Web3
  • Experience prospecting into technical personas 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed pipeline targets
  • Confidence working in a remote-first environment
