**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**

The mission of a Syndigo BDR is to add new clients to the business. Over 12,000 companies use our solution today. That's good news! The great news is that there are so many more companies yet to discover our suite of product solutions. We're looking for skilled hunters with a knack for generating prospective conversations with potential clients.

HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY:

  • Ability to identify brands that are ideal fits for Syndigo solutions
  • Utilize industry best practices to execute the most effective outreach via email and cold calling
  • Work with BDEs to strategically penetrate top prospects and start new conversations
  • Make use of designated tech stack to propel outbound efficiency and effort
  • 2 days per week in the Chicago office to learn from your peers

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU:

  • 2+ years of prospecting skills in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Desire to grow your career in sales
  • Enthusiasm for generating new opportunities through cold outreach
  • Experience researching, prospecting, and outreaching to potential clients
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Opportunity to work in a hybrid-work setting within Chicago, IL

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is commission eligible.

For full-time U.S. based-employees, we offer competitive health insurance benefits, PTO and volunteer time off, employer-paid short- and long-term disability, parental and adoption leave, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.


Budgeted Salary Range is:
$46,000$60,000 USD
