Design and deliver sales and customer success enablement programs: onboarding, ongoing training, MEDDPICC coaching, certification, curriculum roadmaps, enablement content and tools, KPI tracking, launch readiness, and alignment with product marketing and sales leadership to drive revenue and retention.

Lead enterprise demand generation and supplier adoption marketing, owning integrated campaigns, webinars, ABM programs, channel performance, and cross-functional alignment. Drive pipeline and revenue, partner with retail customers, and coach a small campaigns team.

Develop and execute integrated B2B content strategy, create thought leadership, blogs, case studies, ebooks and website copy, optimize for SEO and digital performance, collaborate cross-functionally, support executive visibility, and measure & refine content to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.

Lead Syndigo's brand, corporate and executive communications, visual identity, and design teams. Develop brand strategy, storytelling, PR and media programs, executive messaging, and measurement frameworks to drive awareness, reputation, and consistent brand experiences across product, digital, and corporate channels.
