The Business Excellence Project Manager supports and leads cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution to deliver projects aligned to strategic business goals. This role partners across departments to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery. You will operate in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while driving accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll DoProject Planning & Execution(Business & Process Excellence – Program Management: Project Management)
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute against plans and milestones
- Support larger initiatives as a secondary project manager when needed
(Business & Process Excellence – Process Excellence: Stakeholder Management)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across teams and leadership
- Manage expectations and ensure clarity on roles, timelines, and outcomes
(Business & Process Excellence – Process Excellence: Change Control)
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and blockers
- Escalate critical risks or delays while maintaining ownership of resolution
- Support structured change management processes across projects

- Improve project workflows, documentation, and delivery standards
- Lead post-project reviews and capture lessons learned
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Support standardization of tools, templates, and best practices
Your Background
- 1–3+ years of project management experience in cross-functional or technical environments
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with data in Excel
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or technology environments
- PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or similar certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
