About The Role
  • Partner with the User Acquisition team to steer million-dollar budgets through data-driven insights.

  • Design and implement measurement frameworks and KPIs to quantify marketing effectiveness and ROI.

  • Build and maintain automated, scalable dashboards in Tableau and Looker to democratize data access.
  • Proactively identify strategic opportunities to scale dedicated marketing channels and optimize spend.
  • Act as a bridge between Product Marketing, Campaign Managers, BI, Data Science, and Senior Leadership to align on growth goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytic role at a SaaS or technology company (Marketing related experience - advantage).
  • Advanced SQL skills are a must.
  • Experience operating in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform end-to-end analyses - from the hypothesis, through research and finally creating the desired output.
  • Hands-on experience building measurement frameworks (e.g., CAC/LTV, ROAS, Attribution models).
  • Proficiency in Tableau or Looker.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
