The Human and Agents Communication group’s mission is to redefine the future of collaboration by bridging the gap between human teams and AI agents. We are building and integrating the core communication channels within the monday.com AI work platform to enable a seamless, intuitive reality where humans and agents work hand-in-hand.
By creating the essential infrastructure for this hybrid workforce, we empower organizations to orchestrate complex workflows and leverage the full potential of AI as a collaborative partner. Our work ensures that as the era of agentic workflows evolves, our customers have the most robust and fluid environment to achieve their goals and scale their impact.

About The Role- Lead the group’s engineering teams, working closely with product and design to give our customers the best product
- Build, together with the group leadership, the strategy, the goals, and the roadmap of the group and product
- Constantly growing the organization - Mentorship of team leads, hiring and onboarding talent, building teams
- Leading the execution of the group, working with groups leaders and tech leadership across monday, to make things happen
- Experienced leader with 2+ years of experience managing engineering managers.
- Fluency and proficiency in leveraging AI-driven coding tools and development assistants to accelerate engineering velocity, elevate code quality, and redefine modern development standards.
- Proven track record of fostering individual growth, with a deep commitment to mentoring engineers and building personalized career paths that empower team members to reach their full potential.
- A visionary driver of AI adoption, championing the integration of agentic workflows and "AI-first" thinking across the organization to solve complex product challenges and enhance the platform’s capabilities.
- Extensive experience in leading high-performing engineering teams and groups through the full software development lifecycle, specifically in building scalable communication infrastructures or platform-level features. Passion for building teams and growing talent
- Strong architectural mindset with the ability to navigate the intersection of human-centric design and autonomous agent integration within a large-scale ecosystem.
- Obsessed with customer experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-impact, user-facing web products that deliver seamless value within a large-scale ecosystem. Passion to build products that people love and use everyday.
