  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and other program governance materials.
  • Track project dependencies, deliverables, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and timely execution.
  • Build, maintain, and organize team SharePoint sites and other knowledge-management resources.
  • Own and continuously improve onboarding documentation, processes, and team resources.
  • Maintain team documentation repositories, knowledge bases, and collaboration tools, including OneNote.
  • Coordinate management information and reporting to ensure leadership receives timely and accurate updates.
  • Support resource planning, forecasting, and tracking as needed across projects and programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate and, where appropriate, lead meetings, forums, and working sessions in support of program objectives.
  • Support colleagues with program processes, tools, documentation standards, and knowledge-management practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a closely related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting business operations, program administration, and/or executive stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint administration and knowledge management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing recurring business rhythms, governance forums, leadership meetings, or operational cadences.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies, track action items, and drive accountability.
  • Experience developing project plans, status reports, meeting materials, and executive-facing communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating independently with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams in a large, complex technology or enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
  • Experience managing OneNote notebooks, team documentation repositories, or centralized knowledge bases.
  • Understanding of information architecture, content organization, and content-governance best practices.
  • Experience developing or improving onboarding programs and supporting documentation.
  • Experience standardizing or automating operational processes to improve team productivity.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common project/program management tools.
  • Experience supporting resource planning, forecasting, budget/spend tracking, or related operational reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement and independently lead solutions through implementation.
