Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Go to Market Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute comprehensive MPBE strategies for new products, enhancements, and market expansions.
• Build segmentation, identify value propositions, channel strategies, launch roadmaps, and measurable KPIs.
• Consolidate internal and external market insights to inform strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise financial goals.
Cross Functional Leadership
• Lead coordinated planning and execution across Product, Marketing, PR, Dotcom, Compliance and Risk teams.
• Align MPBE priorities with key business partners to support broader portfolio and revenue objectives.
• Facilitate clear communication, accountability, and alignment across workstreams.
Launch Execution & Market Activation
• Ensure smooth rollout and customer transitions, managing risks and readiness dependencies.
• Hold teams accountable to launch commitments, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and changes that could impact launch timing, customer experience, or regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Change Management to oversee end to end launch execution, including banker/sales enablement, communications, operational readiness, and market activation plans.
• Drive demand generation and awareness through targeted marketing campaigns and channel enablement.
• Implement structured feedback loops to continuously refine post launch performance.

Banker Enablement
• Assess field needs and partner with Change Management to develop tools, training, and communication materials that enable bankers to confidently position and sell products.
• Build a long term enablement roadmap that enhances frontline preparedness, customer experience, and sales effectiveness.
• Partner closely with leadership to support activation in priority customer and market segments.

Performance Measurement & Optimization
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of Market Planning initiatives.
• Leverage market insights, customer data, and performance analytics to optimize strategies and inform future planning.
Basic Qualifications
  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
  • Two or more years of managerial experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • 5+ years in Go‑to‑Market strategy, product marketing, market planning, segment strategy, or related function.

  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in complex or matrixed environments (financial services preferred).

  • Strong strategic planning, problem solving, and synthesis skills.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑influence capabilities.

  • Ability to analyze market and customer data to inform decisions and drive performance improvements.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast‑paced environments.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
