The Planning, Controls and Governance (PCG) function within Global Information Security is responsible for business operations, finance and resource management, performance management and metrics. The PCG team is also responsible for development and implementation of an integrated GIS workforce strategy that delivers on future-state resource, location and training goals.
The Employee Experience Office & Administrative Assistant role is a member of the GIS Business Operations Team which provides onboarding, offboarding, office management, and administrative support within Global Information Security. This role will serve as the overall Employee Experience Lead for a core GIS market. Functions include three key areas of focus: Employee Experience, Administrative Assistant, and Employee Engagement. The Employee Experience function includes associate and contractor onboarding/offboarding, technology and access procurement, and general office management. The Administrative Assistant function requires day-to-day assistance to one or multiple GIS executives including calendar management, meeting coordination, and composing, signing and releasing correspondence on behalf of an executive. The Employee Engagement function includes overall GIS point of contact for any WFS engagement activities in the market. This may include events, intern coordination, and market activities.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• End to End onboarding and offboarding for all contract labor and full-time associate resources
• General office management for local GIS office space (including managing seating assignments)
• Submitting and tracking orders for equipment on behalf of GIS resources
• Administrative support including managing and coordination of daily schedule for a critical GIS executive
• Gaining a deep understanding of key applications such as Fieldglass and Ariba
Required Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to interact with senior level executives
• Previous Administrative Assistant experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
• Highly organized and motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction
• Excellent relationship, team building and facilitation skills with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse groups
• Strong leader with the ability to proactively anticipate problems and execute solutions
• Proficient communicator who instills confidence with executives and their directs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook calendaring)
• Experience with key Bank of America applications (e.g. Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, myBusiness Travel)
• Accuracy/quality control – demonstrate accuracy & thoroughness and monitor work to ensure quality
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic attitude with ability to maximize time efficiently

Pay and benefits information
Pay range$27.70 - $48.96 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Predictable pay
This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
