Dealer.com, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for a Campaign Specialist II to join our team.
The Campaign Specialist II is a member of the Managed Services team who reports to the Manager, Campaign Coordinators and supports the team in several capacities. The Campaign Specialist will work in conjunction with and support Campaign Coordinators and SEO analysts to fulfill client requests. Additionally, the Campaign Specialist will assist in the collection, distribution, and execution of task work to support clients contracted with Dealer.com Managed Services. Once proven and demonstrating effective and efficient performance, the Campaign Specialist can be granted the opportunity the take on special projects.
This position is remote/work from home and can be located anywhere within the United States.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 11am-8pm Eastern Time Zone (subject to change based on business needs)
Your Role:
  • Work alongside and assist a team of Campaign Coordinators and SEO analysts with task work and projects as needed.
  • Efficiently process and execute tasks in various Campaign Specialist queues.
  • Work in conjunction with other Managed Services Teams (SEO, Creative, Dealer Marketing Managers) to fulfill client campaign needs.
  • Participate in trainings and workshops as assigned by Management
  • Once proven proficient, there may be limited client interaction, both written (email) and verbal (phone)
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum-
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field (Customer Service, Hospitality, Marketing etc.)
  • OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience;
  • OR 5 years' experience in a related field
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications)
  • Customer focus, critical thinking skills, familiarity with web-based technologies, time management skills, technical learning skills

USD 18.17 - 27.31 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 - $27.31/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
