We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Certinia Administrator to
manage, optimize, and support our Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) solutions. This role will be
instrumental in ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of Certinia applications
integrated within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience
with Certinia modules and a strong understanding of Salesforce administration.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Certinia applications, including user setup, permissions, and data integrity.
- Configure and customize Certinia modules such as PSA and Revenue Management to meet evolving business needs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Certinia and its integration with Salesforce.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and reporting activities.
- Assist in testing and deployment of new features, patches, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Work closely with Salesforce admins, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless platform integration.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to empower internal teams on Certinia best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Certinia, providing guidance on configuration standards and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Certinia applications Administrator with proficiency in Certinia PSA in an enterprise environment.
- Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including Flows, Lightning App Builder, schema development, user and permissions management and other related topics.
- Proficient in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience working with cross functional teams and enterprise level projects.
- Experience with change management and release processes in Salesforce environments.
- Knowledge of financial management principles and accounting processes.
- Certifications in Salesforce and Certinia are a plus.
- Knowledge with Revenue Management and/or Service Estimator modules is a plus.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
