Who We Are

LeagueApps is the operating system and community for youth and local sports leaders, equipping them with the technology, tools, and professional network they need to grow, scale, and play for the future. Our platform powers thousands of clubs, tournaments, leagues, camps, and facilities, serving over 10 million participants nationwide. Backed by professional leagues, teams, and athletes as investors and partners, we’re helping modernize the youth sports industry with our best-in-class SaaS platform.

We operate at the intersection of sports, technology, and community. From registration to payments to communications, our platform makes running sports seamless for organizations across the country. Beyond software, we foster a community of leaders, sharing insights on critical issues like increasing girls’ participation in sports, preventing youth injuries, and understanding how technology is shaping the future of play.

Mission-driven at our core, our purpose is to create amazing sports experiences for all. To further this mission, we founded and continue to support the FundPlay Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening sports-based youth development organizations. FundPlay helps bring meaningful sports opportunities to hundreds of thousands of underserved kids and communities every year.

Role Mission: The Channel Manager, Partnerships & Alliances, will be responsible for transforming our portfolio of strategic association and commercial partners into high-performance, predictable growth channels. This role requires a blend of relationship management, channel sales strategy, and operational rigor to drive pipeline, increase market share, and maximize the mutual value of our strategic alliances in the youth sports sector.

What You’ll Do

I. Channel Strategy & Execution
  • Partner Performance: Own the pipeline and ARR targets derived from the assigned partner portfolio.
  • Channel Program Management: Design, implement, and manage structured referral and resale programs, including contracting, commission/incentive structures, and co-selling guidelines.
  • Sales Process Integration: Establish clear, repeatable, and scalable processes for partners to submit leads and opportunities, ensuring seamless handover to the LeagueApps sales team (SDRs/AEs).
  • Joint Business Planning: Conduct quarterly and annual reviews with top-tier partners (JVA, ABCA, soccer.com) to establish joint revenue goals, enablement plans, and go-to-market strategies.
II. Relationship Management & Partner Enablement
  • Relationship Depth: Serve as the primary point of contact for key partner executives and operational staff, ensuring LeagueApps maintains high visibility and alignment with their strategic goals.
  • Co-Marketing & Events: Collaborate with LeagueApps Marketing to plan and execute co-branded initiatives, webinars, and partner presence at major conventions (e.g., USCC) to generate demand.
  • Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive training and enablement materials, including pitch decks, product overviews, competitive differentiation, and lead qualification criteria for partner staff.
III. Reporting & Operations
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and partner tracking tools to accurately forecast partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue.
  • KPI Tracking: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Partner-Generated Leads (PGL), Partner-Influenced Pipeline (PIP), and Partner-Attributed ARR.
  • Tech Stack Alignment: Ensure partners are leveraging any necessary technology (e.g., partner portal, shared CRM views) for efficient communication and data exchange.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Alliance Management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue through channel partners, rather than just through co-marketing or sponsorship.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.
  • Prior experience working within or closely with the youth sports or sports association ecosystem (e.g., NGBs, major coaching associations).
  • Experience launching and scaling partner enablement and referral programs from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial, working independently to build new processes where none currently exist.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $135,400
  • Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, HSA
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Home-Office Stipend
  • Sports Leagues subsidies for employees and their children
  • Cell phone and gym subsidies
  • Mental Health Resources; Talk Space
