Nametag is building the future of secure digital identity. Our mission is to make it easy for people and organizations to prove who they are online - safely and seamlessly. We’re pioneering next-generation identity verification and account protection so that users can control their own identity, and companies can build trust without friction. By enabling trust at scale, we help enterprises reduce fraud, streamline onboarding, and deliver secure user experiences that customers love.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion through strategic partnerships. Reporting to the CRO, you’ll design and execute Nametag’s channel strategy - building relationships with resellers, distributors, and technology partners to amplify our reach and accelerate adoption.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create compelling partner programs, enable joint go-to-market success, and ensure our partners have the tools, training, and resources they need to succeed. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do

Channel Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a scalable channel strategy to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and onboard new partners - including resellers and distributors.
  • Define success metrics for partner performance and regularly report on results.
  • Drive joint business planning, co-selling strategies, and pipeline growth with key partners.

Partner Enablement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners to foster long-term success and partner retention.
  • Develop training, certification, and enablement programs to equip partners with the tools and knowledge they need.
  • Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns and events to increase visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct regular partner business reviews to assess performance and identify new opportunities.

Market & Ecosystem Development

  • Identify opportunities for geographic or vertical market expansion through partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving market dynamics to refine channel strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally to align partner feedback with Nametag’s product roadmap and customer needs.
 Ideal Qualifications

We know that no candidate will perfectly match every requirement - and that’s okay. If you’re passionate about what we’re building and have most of the skills below, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Experience: 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or business development within a Security, SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven Results: Demonstrated success building and scaling channel programs that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Strategic Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, co-selling motions, and partner economics.
  • Sales Expertise: Skilled in pipeline management, deal structuring, and negotiation.
  • Sales Relationships: Broad relationships with Resellers’ sales reps, with the ability to make introductions to multiple top sellers across key Reseller organizations.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of developing trusted partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with identity verification, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Thrives in cross-functional environments, working effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

What We Value
  • Intellectual horsepower – quickly grasping complex technical and business concepts.
  • Kindness and integrity – earning trust is central to how we build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Bias for action – we move quickly to deliver impact and protect our customers against fast-moving threats.
