As our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in the overall financial health and sustainability of our facility. This position is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.


Job Related Skills


  • Oversee all financial and accounting operations in accordance with facility and corporate policies.

  • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO on financial strategy, goals, and operational performance.

  • Prepare, analyze, and present timely financial statements and management reports.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory financial reporting requirements.

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and perform ongoing variance analysis.

  • Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.

  • Oversee fixed asset management and depreciation reporting.

  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external financial audits.

  • Develop and implement cost-control measures and operational efficiencies.

  • Lead and supervise accounting and business office staff, fostering strong employee engagement and performance.

  • Participate in senior leadership and interdisciplinary committees as requested.


Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:


  • Education & Licensure: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred. CPA preferred. 
  • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years as a Controller in a health-care setting, with experience in managing multiple functions in a health care business office preferred.
  • Additional Skill Requirements: Thorough knowledge of computers, with experience utilizing health-care based HMS computer system and commonly accepted business software applications programs, particularly EXCEL.

Compensation:

This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range for this role is $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually.  We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Chief Financial Counselor (CFO)!
