Job Description Summary:
This role will support, and in some cases own, strategic responsibilities and initiatives in the organization and also help drive its management process, culture and engagement. This position is responsible for overseeing administrative functions, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and driving organizational efficiency through strategic execution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the build out of and execution against the strategic and operational roadmap via a robust management process.
  • Manage executive priorities and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Facilitate effective communication, enablement and engagement across the organization and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives for cohesive execution.
  • Oversee administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive organizational efficiency through strategic execution.
  • Support decision-making processes with data-driven insights.

The posting range for this position is:
$170,603.00-$261,127.27

Required Education, Certifications and Experience:

Education:

  • Required Bachelor's Degree ; or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Required 12+ Years executive management or business operations

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
