As Chief of Staff to the COO, you will lead special projects, prepare key engagements, act as a stand-in, and elevate insights on operations. You will be a trusted advisor ensuring that the COO can operate at peak effectiveness.
Acxiom and Kinesso are seeking a high-performing and strategic Chief of Staff to partner with the Chief Product and Technology Innovation Officer in leading a unified global Engineering organization. This critical role will operate at the center of strategy, execution, and operational excellence, enabling CPTIO to focus on innovation, customer value creation, and organizational transformation. You will work across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic priorities are translated into action while growth and momentum are maintained. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with outstanding organizational savvy, excellent communication skills, and a strong bias for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic planning processes for the Product & Technology organization in alignment with business goals
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely execution of strategic priorities
  • Act as a central point of coordination across multiple initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Support the design and operationalization of org-wide cadences such as all-hands meetings, technical forums, and QBRs
  • Manage the flow of information, ensuring the CPTIO is informed, prepared, and focused on the highest-impact work
  • Interface with senior leaders across the company (Finance, HR, Strategy, Marketing, etc.) to ensure collaboration and alignment
  • Help drive change management and organizational effectiveness across the Product and Engineering teams
  • Represent the CPTIO in key forums when needed

Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • Background in product, engineering, or corporate innovation functions
  • 10+ years of experience in a combination of consulting, operations, or chief of staff roles, preferably in technology or innovation-led companies
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects and working with executive stakeholders
  • You know how to get things over the finish line and lead from behind the scenes
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize information and drive outcomes
  • High EQ, integrity, discretion, and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or scaled tech organizations
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Candidates in New York or Arkansas a plus
