Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 Hourly

What You'll Do:
- Assist in investigating claims and provide support to Claims Counsels/Analysts
- Obtain relevant documentation, compile closing files / title research for Claims Counsel/Analyst’s investigation
- Maintain schedules / calendars and expense reports
- Handle invoices / billing and work closely with accounting to accomplish payment of all expenses / settlements
- Assist with major claims as needed
- Provide paralegal support to Claims Counsels/Analysts as needed
What You'll Bring:
- Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization
- Microsoft office products with an emphasis on MS Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and work under pressure
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typically has 1-2 years administrative experience
- Title insurance preferred
- Paralegal certification desirable
