We are growing our team and are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Account Manager to build strong relationships with clients and ensure they receive a positive experience with CareerSwift.

 

As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication with CareerSwift clients, understanding their needs, coordinating requests, and helping ensure they get the most value from our products and services.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, communicate client feedback, and support the overall client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and can confidently manage multiple client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.

  • Understand client needs and help identify appropriate CareerSwift solutions.

  • Coordinate client requests and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Monitor account activity and proactively address potential issues or concerns.

  • Maintain accurate client records, notes, and account information in internal systems.

  • Collect client feedback and communicate relevant insights to the product, support, and marketing teams.

What We Are Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, or a related role.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and other digital tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working with SaaS, technology, AI, or digital products.

  • Experience managing B2B client accounts.

  • Familiarity with customer success or account management platforms.

  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve client retention or engagement.

Compensation

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
