Brown & Brown is seeking CSR in Training to join our growing team in Naperville, IL! 

 

Under the supervision of Commercial Lines (CL) Account Executives and/or the Office Leader, the CL CSR in Training will work alongside senior Account Executives as an apprentice. Over time, this role is expected to support Account Executives by handling customer service responsibilities related to CL accounts and transactions, contributing to the servicing and retention of existing clients.

 

How You Will Contribute: 

  • Participate in technical training in Commercial Lines insurance, including:
  • In-depth coverage analysis and policy review
  • Marketing with insurance carriers
  • Outside sales and client consultation
  • Business-to-business relationship development
  • Account management and customer service
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Commercial Lines Department as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Licenses & Certifications:  

  •  Valid Driver’s License

Skills & Experience to be Successful: 

  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Must obtain Illinois P&C producer’s license within 3-6 months of employment.
  • Strong Financial Aptitude; Detail oriented
  • Excellent oral, written, phone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Windows, Excel
  • Neat, professional appearance
  • Able to drive to/from carrier/client appointments (as needed).

Pay Range

$25 - $25 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
