Team Overview

The Client Executive is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts through relationship management, account planning, renewal support, and opportunity identification. This role develops a strong understanding of customer objectives and works collaboratively across internal teams to deliver value, strengthen client engagement, and support revenue retention and expansion. This role will report directly to the Sales Director. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Consumer Interactive accounts, including Offer Aggregators, Credit Builders, and Commercial customers, by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Achieve revenue and retention goals through account planning, consultative selling, renewal management, and identification of cross-sell and upsell opportunities across credit, identity protection, and related solutions.
  • Lead customer-facing business reviews, executive meetings, and internal account planning sessions to align customer objectives with TransUnion solutions and drive successful business outcomes.
  • Partner with Client Value Executives, Sales, Industry Executives, and cross-functional teams to mitigate account risks, expand product adoption, and support customer retention and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze account performance, usage trends, and market opportunities to develop strategic account plans, advocate for customer needs, and maintain accurate CRM and account documentation.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consultative sales, or relationship management.
  • Experience managing commercial customer relationships.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $123,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
