You Are:
- An experienced client-facing professional with 8+ years of leading technology engagements and managing cross-functional teams, delivering results for ServiceNow or other SaaS software platforms.
- Skilled in building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, and serving as a primary advisor on complex Customer Workflow and Cloud solutions.
- Experienced in overseeing full solution lifecycles, including planning, solution design, delivery oversight, operational support, and large-scale discovery or assessment engagements.
- Proven in driving and closing large, complex deals, with strong account management, relationship management, and consultative sales experience.
- Not necessarily a sales person, but enjoy the farming aspect of working with your customers and learning more about their priorities, business challenges and outcomes to help find ways Servos can help them solve them.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary client partner for key customers and industry segments, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance across all projects across your accounts, with a focus on Customer Workflows for Public Sector clients.
- Ensure seamless, high-quality delivery across all client engagements by addressing challenges proactively, managing risks, and upholding Servos’ standards for excellence and client satisfaction.
- Lead and support project teams by fostering alignment, addressing staffing needs, maintaining positive team morale, and providing escalation support for client and internal team challenges.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within client accounts, assisting with proposals, SOW creation, and solution design to expand Servos’ impact and project footprint.
- Partner with the ServiceNow field and industry sales teams to help guide customers on defining projects and expanding the use of ServiceNow across the accounts
- Ensure financial and operational success for client engagements by monitoring project health, mentoring PMs on Servos methodologies, reviewing project artifacts, and meeting chargeability and profitability targets.
