Provides inbound customer support through calls, emails, and chats; documents and resolves issues; escalates suspected system problems; supports customer onboarding as a product specialist; and delivers online training. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, computer operating-system and browser knowledge, Google Workspace proficiency, empathy for healthcare customers, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
The Client Resolution & Clinical Specialist reports to the Customer Service Manager, Clinical. This individual is recognized by peers and customers as a product and industry expert. The Client Resolution & Clinical Specialist will provide excellent customer service by fielding incoming calls, emails, and chats and providing timely and quality responses back to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate, professional, and courteous customer interaction for all inbound support requests
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of customer issues
- Note findings related to suspected system issues and escalate tickets for review
- Serve as a product specialist providing consults during customer onboarding
- Provide live, online customer training as needed

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with computer operating systems and various internet browsers
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
