All-Stat Portable started out providing diagnostic services to the Chicago-land area in 1978. Since then we have grown to become a premier full-service portable diagnostic company servicing the needs of our post-acute, at-home, and corporate clients throughout Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Our mission is to provide the highest quality services within the diagnostics industry and to serve as a strategic partner to our clients so they may increase the level of care they provide for their residents. We are very excited to bring our services to mores locations in the future.
We are looking for someone to join our team as an 1st Shift Client Services Representative (CSR) in our 24/7 call center.  As the CSR, you will act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls requesting diagnostic care services.  You will be responsible for entering orders and routing technicians using tracking and routing technology. You will also be responsible for relaying positive results in a timely manner and answer questions regarding the status and ETA of the technician. The CSR will also receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles and will need to work efficiently to prioritize the technicians' routes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Intake orders from clients and customers via phone and other electronic methods for a 24/7 call center environment.
  • Enter all orders in medical tracking system and maintain logs and other information.
  • Place outbound calls to provide status updates and relay positive results.
  • Assist technicians/nurses with troubleshooting.
  • Dispatch orders for all services for All-Stat Portable, including monitoring technician/nurse routes, exam status, and exam priority status, to ensure the fastest turnaround times.
  • Create CD images upon request and distribute appropriately
  • Maintain communication with technicians/nurses and inform them of any pertinent order information, obstacles or requirement that is imperative for the successful completion of the exam.
  • Address problems and requests by transmitting information, providing solutions, or notifying the appropriate person.
  • Provide field techs with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
  • Grant online access to outside medical professionals
  • Correct and modify issues with exams or order information
  • Display a sense of urgency while providing the highest level of customer service and representing All-Stat Portable in the most courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work overnight and weekends on a rotation basis is required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Great organizational skills, and able to prioritize and delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively
  • Great interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external managers, clients and associates
  • Experience in upholding performance and quality standards
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to utilize various computer systems and applications at the same time
  • High school diploma or higher education
  • Previous experience working in a medical setting, customer service environment, or medical
  • Dispatch is preferred but not required
